Jeremy Dietmeier

Biography

As a digital innovation consultant, Jeremy works to bridge the gap between technology and pedagogy, fostering a culture of digital innovation across campus. In this role, he collaborates with instructors and campus partners to integrate emerging technology into instructional settings. Additionally, Jeremy works on pilot programs to explore how these technologies can enhance teaching and learning outcomes. 

Jeremy earned his PhD from the University of Iowa. His research focused on family learning in informal spaces, specifically looking at parents’ experiences in children’s museums and the ways they support learning. In that work, he gained experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data about learning and using those insights to inform and improve the learning experience.  

Jeremy is an affiliate faculty member in the Learning Sciences and Educational Psychology program where he teaches a course on STEM pedagogy.
