Emily is a senior instructional technology consultant for the Enterprise Instructional Technology. She provides support, training, and consultation for ICON, Student Response Systems, and various other enterprise instructional technology services. 

Emily is a former ITS Help Desk student employee. Prior to rejoining OTLT, she worked for Health Care Information Systems deploying and supporting software and hardware throughout the main hospital campus and the Carver College of Medicine.
