Glassberg-Nazette joined the OTLT Learning Spaces Technology team as a senior IT support consultant. In her role, Glassberg-Nazette provides oversight of all computer operations in university classrooms and instructional technology centers, including software and hardware procurement.

Previously, she worked for the ITS Help Desk, where she led the help desk knowledge management project and provided direct support to Iowa faculty, staff, and students. Prior to her time at the ITS Help Desk, she worked in community engagement, volunteer management in the nonprofit sector, and as an Apple support specialist at the Kirkwood campus Apple Store.
